Staff

Our staff team is committed to providing high standards care for your children and providing good quality learning and development opportunities whilst at Honeypot.  We work with parents for the benefit of all children in our care, irrespective of their individual needs.

In order to do this we ensure all staff work together as a cohesive team, all children have a key worker, we have two SEND coordinators, safeguarding leads, all staff are paediatric first aid trained (every 3 years), the majority are Makaton trained and all staff have a level 2 Food & Hygiene award. Continuous professional development is delivered through a variety of courses throughout the year, ensuring staff knowledge is kept up to date and sufficient to meet any changing needs in practice.

We actively encourage our staff to further their development and currently have two on apprenticeship programmes.
